Just a note to say thank you for all that you have done to market our home at River Mist Drive. After working with other real estate agents to market our home, we only wish that we would have found you much sooner.

 

We also appreciate your flexibility and understanding when Susan and I decided that we wanted to change our plans and only lease our home for a couple of years. When we made this change in direction, you did not miss a step in your support of our direction. After a short few weeks, you found us the right tenant, a great family, to lease our home for two (2) years. The attention to the details of home security deposits, credit history, rental payments and contracts, you made an easy process. On short notice you even went to the store to close a deal on a new refrigerator and waited at the house for the delivery. Your support to close the deal on time and on budget was beyond our expectations.

You are amazing - and I'm grateful. I confess it has been painful putting money into a house and dropping the price, but you have taken the pain out for the most part. I am amazed at the way you have thrown yourself into this project - almost as if it were your own house. I realize you have invested some of your potential commission, but more than that, you have invested a great deal of time and effort into handling all these details.

 

Of course the main thing is to sell the house, but even now I have to say you have provided the best service of any realtor I have ever dealt with. I wish we'd signed on with you back in March - the house most likely would have sold before the summer!

I saw Lorie's listing sign at a home in my neighborhood. Knowing that I would soon be listing my own home, I decided to attend her Open House to see how the home looked and "quiz" the selling agent.

The home was immaculate and Lorie was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I posed as a buyer who was relocating from Houston, TX. Lorie answered all of my questions about the schools, commute times and local amenities. She impressed me so much that I knew when I left the Open House that she would be my agent when I got ready to sell.

Lorie has not disappointed. When I called to initiate the selling process, I explained that I had "misrepresented" myself at the Open House and that I was really looking to sell a home and relocate to Houston, TX (not the other way around). She laughed and said that she remembered me, that people "misrepresent" themselves all the time and that she was excited about the opportunity to work with my family. She has helped my husband and I prepare our house for sale and we had a contract within the first week it was listed! She has assisted us with all of our needs and we will close next week.
